Position includes answering the telephone, working with clients to schedule services, answer questions, and assist in resolving issues. Responsible for data entry in QuickBooks Online and
Service Auto Pilot Maintenance Software. Work as a liaison between clients and both
management and maintenance team leaders. Create and organize with accuracy all job files,
paperwork, and accounting files and systems.
Responsibilities:- Office operations; supply orders, answering phones, mail management
- Initial contact with customers via telephone in a professional manner representing thecompany values and quality standards.
- Data entry for accounts receivable and payable.
- Creating and organizing customer files.
- Scheduling and managing Maintenance Services.

Landscape Designer/Architect – Sales
Landscape Designer and Sales personnel manage the landscape design and install projects from the initial customer contact through design and installation. Responsible to act as the liaison between the client and the Landscape Foreman insuring instructions for project execution are completed to customer expectation, company values and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
· Qualify and manage leads and produce additional new customer leads
· Meet with clients on site to discuss and determine the needs of each client.
· Analyze and measure potential project site.
· Create and develop landscape designs, hand drawn or CAD.
· Create estimates to execute work.
· Review project design and estimate with senior designers prior to customer presentation.
· Present prepared designs and proposals to the client in person with effective, professional communication.
· Coordinate all aspects of the project; working with the various team members as necessary; purchasing,
accounting, foreman and crews.
· Ensure job costs and subcontractor costs are competitive and within budget as proposed.
· On site management of the project to ensure proper execution as designed.
·Communicate with client regarding project changes, estimate, and execute in a timely fashion.
· Complete a final walk through with client when installation is complete.
· Complete a project cost review and prepare final invoicing report for accounting.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Degree in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture - required
· Landscape sales, design, estimating, construction, or management experience - 3 years minimum
· Knowledge of plants (USDA Hardiness Zone 5), landscape installation and maintenance.
· CGIP Certification - preferred
· Proficient in or able to learn company estimating software
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record - required
· Enthusiastic and self motivated
· Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, able to represent the company in a professional

This position works as a member of the crew with minimal supervision to finish assigned tasks and then helping others when needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that all services are completed within the appropriate time, to customer specifications and company
standards.
- Reads and interprets mobile maps and mobile routes to provide accurate service.
- Works independently and communicates with a Group Leader by phone.
- Completes and submits paperwork (details, job hours, materials, etc.) to Group Leader after each event in a
timely and accurate manner.
- Operate trucks with front/back plows.
- Operate skid loader (Skid Steer)
- Must be on-time, on-call, and dependable throughout the entire season.
- Abide by company guidelines and safety policies.
- Notifies Crew Leader of any needed equipment repairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Valid Michigan drivers license is required.
- Clean MVR is required.
- Must possess knowledge and operational skills to operate a truck with a front & rear snow plow systems.
- Must possess knowledge and operational skills to operate a skid loader (skid steer)
- Friendly attitude.
- Ability to work extended hours
